Waiter or Waitress job description will contain the following duties and responsibilities:

    Provide excellent customer servicesAlways strive towards best customer satisfactionGreet customers and present menusMake suggestions based on their preferencesTake and serve food/drinks ordersUp-sell when appropriateArrange table settingsKeep tables clean and tidy at all timesCheck products for qualityDeliver checks and collect paymentsCooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staffAdhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Skills/Qualifications Required

2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress ,Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers, 2 years of experience with a POS and any ordering information system ,Critical thinker and problem-solving skills ,Team player .Good time-management skills ,Great interpersonal and communication skills ,Active listening ,Good physical condition ,Customer-centric
