Job Description
Supervisor/Team Leader position in WASAWASA HOTEL SUVA, Waimanu Road.
Looking for someone for Night shift work (longer hours on weekends and busy times). Please do not contact us if you are out of town or looking for other Wasawasa Hotel/Resort.
Must live in or around Suva and have reliable transport. Puntuality is a must
It is important that you able to handle ALL types of guests since we have a BAR.
Must be physically FIT. Resolve issues (internal and external) and report to Management.
Skills/Qualifications Required
- Be computer and software savvy
- Ability to address conflicts
- Ability to handle guests keeping mind of different cultures and customs.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workloads
- Have strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Have at least two years working as a supervisor.
- Meet and/or exceed production/sales goals
- Ability to delegate tasks, promote positive work environment. Check premises.
- Provide feedback to management.
- Bring new ideas on the table to grow company
Requires two-three professional references and police clearance.
