Job Description

The Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa - Denarau is seeking an innovative and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and elevate dining experiences across the property's multiple renowned outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead, mentor and manage a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staffDevelop and execute innovative menus that reflect global trends and local flavoursEnsure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency across all outletsOversee kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, manning, and HACCP complianceCollaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences for events and functionsChampion sustainability and locally sourced ingredients

Skills/Qualifications Required

Qualifications & Experience:

    Minimum diploma or equivalent in Cookery10-15 years as Head of Kitchen in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.At least up to 8 years of experience as an Executive Chef.Up to date with sanitation classes.Possess a valid health certificate.Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs.Work experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
