Job Description

As the Hotel Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    Manages and mentors staff, including recruiting/hiring/training of all employees, online marketing, IT, HR/payroll, managing issues of discipline/termination, ensuring ongoing training/education, etc.Manages and maintains property, which includes ensuring the building/grounds are kept in a clean and safe condition, that all systems are maintained according to set schedules/procedures, etc.Ensures compliance with all applicable government laws and all company policiesManages budget and financesManages administration, Information System, sales and marketing initiatives and activitiesEnsures company goals are metAddresses customer concerns and issues

Skills/Qualifications Required

• Degree in accounting and information systems (double major) & or related major or 2+ years’ experience of hotel management.

• Strong administration, computer knowledge, online business, sales & marketing and operations background.

Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong supervisory and management skills with high customer service expectations, financial analysis experience, and good computer skills.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule with the emphasis on weekends and holidays.

Salary

Range: FJD 30,000 - FJD 50,000 / month
