🌴 About Serenity Sands Island Glamping

We are launching a boutique, high-end glamping hotel offering an exclusive blend of nature and luxury. Starting with 10 rooms, one restaurant, one bar, and a pool, our facility is designed to accommodate up to 40 guests at full capacity. Over the next 18 months, we plan to expand to 23 rooms, scaling both infrastructure and team. We aim to offer a four-star guest experience in a serene, natural environment.

📋 Core Responsibilities

Compliance and safety: Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including licensing, health, and safety standards.

Marketing and sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and attract new business. Manage corporate bookings and events to drive revenue.

Guest satisfaction: Ensure guests have a positive experience by handling complaints, addressing issues, and ensuring the hotel's services and amenities meet high standards.

Operations management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the hotel, including services like accommodation and catering.

Financial management: Create and manage budgets, monitor revenue targets, and control expenses to ensure the hotel is profitable. Analyze sales figures to devise and implement revenue management strategies.

Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise staff across all departments, from front desk to housekeeping. Develop staff to achieve their career goals and ensure they meet service standards.
